The competition aims to encourage creativity, innovation, and public engagement by promoting awareness of important topics related to pharmacy, toxicology, medication safety, poison prevention, public health, and healthy lifestyles. Participants are invited to develop innovative awareness initiatives that educate the public and healthcare community and contribute to improved health outcomes.
Announcement
The Health Awareness Competition, part of KSAPT 2026, is officially launched. This initiative celebrates creative and impactful contributions to health education and public awareness in the fields of pharmacy and toxicology.
Participants are encouraged to develop innovative projects that communicate important health, medication, pharmacy, and toxicology messages in engaging, accessible, and meaningful ways.
Registration and Submission Period
Innovators, students, healthcare professionals, researchers, educators, and groups are invited to register and submit their awareness projects.
Submissions may include:
- Short videos (up to 3 minutes)
- Social media campaigns
- Interactive media or installations
- Community outreach programs
- Educational initiatives
- Digital awareness campaigns
- Original music or spoken-word pieces
- Art installations
- Other creative and innovative formats
Entries should demonstrate creativity, educational value, public engagement, relevance to pharmacy and toxicology, and potential health impact.
Key Dates
August 15, 2026: Start receiving participants’ applications.
October 3, 2026: Submission period closes, and the competition committee begins the initial review process.
October 10, 2026: Initial review ends, and the second stage begins with the preliminary nomination of potential winners.
November 1, 2026: Deadline for conference registration. All finalists/presenters must register for the conference by this date.
November 1, 2026: Announcement of the 10 participants nominated as finalists eligible to win.
Finalist Notification
Finalists will be notified and invited to participate in KSAPT 2026, including the recognition ceremony and related activities.
Recognition Ceremony — December 3, 2026
Winners of the Health Awareness Competition will be celebrated during a special recognition ceremony at KSAPT 2026, held alongside the Global Health Exhibition 2026 (December 1-3, 2026) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The ceremony will highlight innovative and impactful awareness initiatives in pharmacy and toxicology, showcasing efforts that contribute to health education, medication safety, poison prevention, public health, wellness, and community awareness.
The competition provides a platform for creative ideas that advance awareness and understanding of pharmacy and toxicology while supporting innovation, knowledge sharing, and community engagement in alignment with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
